About Us
Welcome to The Cardinal Landing Group, where family values, a legacy of business excellence, and a heartfelt story of love and commitment come together to shape who we are today.
Our story begins with a deep-rooted passion for business and community. What started as a small family restoration business in Washington state grew into a trusted name—one that combined experience with a personal touch. Ultimately our passion and experience led to a successful acquisition and transition into the corporate sector.
As a family-owned business, we understand the importance of building strong relationships with our clients, partners, and community. The same care and dedication that we poured into our family-owned restoration business is the same care we take in nurturing the bonds we share with the people we work with. We’ve built our reputation not only on our expertise but also on our unwavering commitment to integrity, attention to detail, and exceptional customer service.
But our story isn’t just about bricks, mortar, and craftsmanship. It’s also about love—a love that blossomed at a historic bridge, which has become a symbol of both our journey and our work.
Francheska and Joseph, the couple behind The Cardinal Landing Group, got engaged at the Cardinal Landing footbridge in Sunriver, OR. Sunriver is their favorite place to vacation, and where their family vacationed for years prior to their commitment to one another. Every summer they kayak under this bridge and take a bike ride to the bridge to explore either side and enjoy the breath taking views of the Deschutes River.
We chose to name our business after this bridge because it is not only a special place that represents the bond Francheska and Joseph share, but also the mission of their business: being the bridge between the buyer and seller. Our goal is to connect both buyer and seller in a mutually beneficial way. The bridge, much like the mergers and acquisitions we work on, connects both buyer and seller and has withstood the test of time, continuing to stand strong, just like their love and the business they’ve built have.
